Zero comfort fitness is owned and operated by an Army Veteran. A dedicated trainer who goes the extra mile to meet your goals with in person training or his phone app. The training workouts can be tailored for kids and adults. My two sons, 10 and 12, have definitely improved in strength, helping them compete in jiu-jitsu. Would recommend for strength training, endurance training, healthy living. Overall a really good dude. My son has competes at high levels of Jiu-Jitsu and plays football. While my son is athletic and fit he is on the thin side.
