Zero 60 is "The Standard"

  • This is Hardcore Daily Training, specifically programmed in 3-month Mesocycles.
  • There are 4 cycles per year. Each cycle progresses the Athlete through Strength, Energy System, and Work Capacity Training.
  • You will Work Hard, Live Sore, and Regret Nothing.

Daily Programming:

  • Time and Duration: 60-90min per day, 5-7 days a week
  • Location: Your Local or Garage Gym via Teambuildr App
  • Equipment: Must have access to a Gym
  • Pre-Requisite: Prior Training at High Intensities Recommended
  • Who is This For: Military, First Responders, Hybrid Athletes

smart Strength Training

  • You will get STRONG, but we also focus on Core, Grip Strength, and a bit of Cardio to keep you well-rounded.
  • We will focus on improving strength while reducing injury.
  • You can Start - Stop - Continue at your own pace.
  • This Program includes 2 Test Weeks to find BASELINE scores at the beginning and RESULTS at the end. These are in addition to the 12-week Program.

Daily Programming:

  • Time and Duration: 60-90min per day, 5 days a week
  • Location: Your Local or Garage Gym via Teambuildr App
  • Equipment: Must have access to a Gym
  • Pre-Requisite: None - This is a great 1st Step.
  • Who is This For: Everyone
  • This is a 12 week Stand-Alone Program.

  • Anaerobic and METCON heavy, designed to build that engine and help your body burn fuel efficiently. 
  • Designed with linear progression and deload weeks to reduce injury, improve performance, and prep you for a specific event or competition.
  • This Program includes 2 Test Weeks to find BASELINE scores at the beginning and RESULTS at the end. These are in addition to the 8-week Program.

  • Time and Duration: 60min per day, 5 days a week
  • Location: Your Local or Garage Gym via Teambuildr App
  • Equipment: Access to a Gym is preferred.
  • Pre-Requisite: Comfortable being Un-Comfortable.
  • Who is This For: BJJ and Military Athletes prepping for competition.
  • This is an 8-week Stand-Alone Program
